Acceptance

By browsing node-routepoint.digital or joining a Node Routepoint programme, you agree to these terms. If you are buying a seat for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you disagree, leave the site and do not send enrolment details.

What we sell

We supply teaching, written notes, and scheduled working sessions about Checkout Abandonment in Apps. Fees described on the site are informational until we send an invoice. This website does not process card payments. Completion of a course does not guarantee a change in your app’s payment completion rate.

Your responsibilities

You must not share live credentials, personal data of shoppers, or recordings you are not allowed to disclose. You keep backups of any artefacts you want to retain; we may delete classroom boards after a cohort. You must not scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors.

Intellectual property

Course maps, worksheets, and site copy belong to Node Routepoint unless a session explicitly marks a template as reusable inside your company. You may apply the methods to your products. You may not resell our slides, clone the syllabus as a public workshop, or train a competing cohort using our handouts without a written licence.

Visitor content

Messages you send via the contact form may be stored to answer you. You grant us a limited right to quote anonymised, high-level examples in teaching (“a grocery iOS app saw stalls after the sheet”) without naming you, unless you opt out in writing.

Liability

Training is provided with reasonable care. We do not warrant that following a lab will increase revenue, reduce PSP declines, or satisfy an auditor. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or from applying course ideas. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Availability

The site may go offline for maintenance. We may change programmes, dates, or these terms. Material changes to a paid booking are handled under the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their home courts where the law allows. Our studio address is in Forth, United Kingdom.
