Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have actually paid for Node Routepoint teaching (Desk Review, Flow Studio, Cohort Bench, In-house Residency, or a quoted variant). Informational prices on the website are not charges. Consumer rights under UK law are not displaced by this page where they give you a stronger position.

Timeframe to ask

Write to hello@node-routepoint.digital at least seven full days before a scheduled Desk Review or Flow Studio. For Native Checkout Recovery Studio, ask at least fourteen days before week one. Later requests are treated as partial or refused except where we cancel, or where UK consumer law requires otherwise.

Full refund

You receive a full refund if we cancel a date and cannot offer a substitute you accept, or if you cancel inside the windows above and we have not started delivering materials beyond a joining pack. If the joining pack was only logistics (links, times), we still refund in full when you meet the window.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after week one of a six-week studio, we refund unused weeks minus a £180 administration amount, provided you have not downloaded cohort-only worksheets for later weeks. Desk Review is a single session: after it starts, it is not refundable except for our failure to attend.

Non-refundable items

Travel we booked at cost for an on-site residency, once tickets are purchased with your approval, is not refundable through us; we pass carrier rules. Custom research commissioned outside the standard syllabus is quoted separately and is non-refundable once work has begun.

How to request

Email hello@node-routepoint.digital with the invoice number, programme name, and whether you want a date move instead of money back. You may also call 070 7950 1541. We confirm in writing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent within fourteen days of our written confirmation, using the same bank transfer or other method that paid the invoice. We do not refund in cash at the Forth address. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not added back.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot staff a cohort, we offer a later date or a full refund. We will not keep a deposit as a penalty in that case.

Exceptions

No-shows without notice are not refunded. If your company paid, the refund returns to that company unless they instruct otherwise. Abuse of classroom spaces (sharing shopper personal data in violation of the terms) can end a seat without refund for remaining weeks.
